Top Dog Graduation Card

It's graduation time!  I made this card for the son of one of my best friends.  It's so hard to believe he is graduating from high school.  I remember when she was pregnant, and I was in the room with her part of the time when she was in labor!  How time flies.  I am so proud of this young man.  He's grown up into a wonderful, caring, hard working, God fearing adult.

I found some old DCWV papers that had school words on it.  How cool was that.  I cut the star using the George Cricut cartridge, the dog from Create A Critter, the graduation cap from A Child's Year, and "Top Dog" from Base Camp.  The little stars (both sizes) are punches.  I added some tiny pearls on the small stars. I also used a Martha Stewart border punch.

The inside says, "Congratulations on a wonderful accomplishment.  May you be on the top of the world today, and may God continue to guide your steps.  We are so proud of who you are!"  I also added this quote: "Go into the world and do well.  But more importantly, go into the world and do good.  Author:  Minor Myers, Jr."

Hope you like it, and I hope he likes it!
