This card is my interpretation of the current sketch over at Cardabilities. Here is the sketch:
I made this card by using one of the labels on the Storybook Cricut cartridge for the background. The scalloped circle is also cut using that cartridge. The frog and crown were cut from the Sweethearts cartridge. I used a Martha Stewart border punch and used a punch given to me by a great friend for the sentiment.
The inside says, "Well, at least until a princess comes along and kisses you, and then you turn back into a frog. HA! HA! You're a great father to our girls, and a great poppy! Happy Father's Day."

Love the king froggie! I am sure he loved it .... I still leave pages from my favorite catalog or I have even printed a picture with web addy from different craft sites of things I want! and left thoses for my hubby! Good Luck!
