Have a Sweet Birthday

This birthday card is for my sister-in-law, who is celebrating a birthday next week.  I had gone into the scrapbook room night before last to start on this, but no inspiration came, and all I was doing was yawning!  Last night, I came upon the chipboard piece (K & Co.) in my stash, and it became the inspiration for the card.  I used lace from my stash, cut the tag from A Child's Year Cricut cartridge, embossed it with my Cuttlebug, inked the edges a little, punched the sentiment and some flowers, and then added Stickles.
