I have two very dear friends who have been with me through thick and thin, good and bad, for 23 years. When I was younger, I never thought I'd have "true" friends, but I can say that when we arrived in North Carolina, I found true friends. They are like sisters to me, and I adore them. One of them turned 50 last week, and this is the card I made for her. She loves brown, and although it is not the first color I would choose for a card, I really like this card. I have entered this card into the current challenge over at
Birthday Sundaes. Check it out!

P.S. If you've been following my husband's ankle dilemma, he will be seeing a surgeon on Monday. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, and the healing can begin. Thanks for your prayers for him!
