My daughter asked me earlier in the fall if I would help her make invitations for a wedding day breakfast for a friend who was getting married in December. I happily said yes! She wanted to make the invitation with a mason jar theme, since they seem to be all the rage these days. I looked through the images on my Cricut cartridges and thought this one would work pretty well! I thought they turned out very cute!
Here are the details:
Jar: From My Kitchen Cricut Cartridge cut at 5 1/4" -- (We cut the blackout cut and the shadow cut.)
Circle with Invitation Wording: I used Word to create a text box and added the line around the outside edge. Then I printed the wording and cut it out using a Spellbinders circle die. (Please excuse all of the Xs over the words -- to protect the bride's privacy.)
We added the little punched tag with the words, "You're Invited" and added it with some raffia.
Hope you like it!
