When God Made You (Birthday Card)

Hello to all and welcome to my blog.  I am sharing with you the simple birthday card I made for my son-in-law last month.  He is a building contractor, so what could be better than a hammer for his card?  It really isn't a fancy card, but I was happy with it because I loved the sentiment that popped into my head when looking at this hammer.  Here are the details:

Size:  A2
Patterned papers:  DCWV
Card stock:  Recollections; Bazzill
Hammer:  Boys Will Be Boys Cricut Cartridge cut at 5" -- embossed using my Cuttlebug
Nail:  I made this by using an oval punch and an arrow cut from one of my cartridges (can't remember which one and didn't write it down) (with the edges of the arrow cut off by hand)
Stars:  Punches
Screws:  These were brads that I cut the backs off and glued them onto light brown buttons
Sentiment:  Computer generated and punched
Inside sentiment:  He hit the nail on the head.  Happy Birthday with our Love!

Hope you like it and are inspired!  Thanks for commenting.
